With the last commit, we are changing the "Alias" field
treatment in a Paje trace file. From now on, when an entity
has an alias, it must be referenced by its alias. This allows
for different entities to have the same name when in a different
container. If entities are created without an alias, the "Name"
field must be unique and used throughout the trace file.
