This version allows a screen to request another screenmap, asking the server to use the first screen context id available in the session slot.
The context ID is searched by the ScreenContextManager and set dynamically.
To request a dynamic contextid, just replace the contextid value by the “!” character in the URL.

URL examples :
http://..../screenmap/MYSCREN/!
http://..../screenmap/MYSCREN/!-BOOK?param=12

This new feature is also usable with the taglib
