This is a minor release with some bug fixes:
* SecureToken Handler error management
* Extended anc custom functions loading in handler without Safe jail
* Debian dependencies

We have also an improvement on CAS Issuer: now CAS Issuer can check authorization on CAS service, without the use of the Handler.
