First release of the OpenMobile IS framework. This release include the first embedded components :

* embedded database.
* embedded web server with servlet API
* embedded Service API
* some examples

This release provide the core embedded part of the framework. Futher release will provide the core server, module managment API based on OSGI and high level modules needed in mobile applications.
