So even though in the default JSP the taglibs are referenced back to apache's website, they will actually be found in the jars?

TLD files are included in the struts jars, so you do not have to copy them into the WEB-INF folder.

New to the Lomboz IDE. Trying to follow the simple online flash demo for a Struts application. By default the .tld files are not put into the WEB-INF folder? Have looked around at some posts, the only thing I have seen to this point is something from 2004 where it indicates one has to go to the Struts folder and grab the .tld files and move them manually under the web-inf folder. Is this still the process today with the 3.3 version? Thanks
