Notes:
- Better character encoding detection, along with proper detection, and
handling, of BOM markers
- Synched HTML/Lazy/XHTML DOMs with latest HTML DOM Impl sources from Xerces2
and made the XHTML DOM compatible with existing HTML DOM usage
- Addressed FIXME item - got rid of BaseCmdOptions
- Generated classes and interfaces now have no more imports than necessary
- Reduced warnings in Eclipse 3.1
- Updated to ASM-2.2.1
