Sybase ASA (Adaptative Server Anywhere) support

Detailed description:
XQuare for now does not support Sybase ASA (Adaptative Server Anywhere). However it supports it using the existing Sybase ASE (Adaptative Server Entreprise) support thanks to the following patch, provided jdbc metadata support has been activated on target Sybase ASA databases. Index: extractor/src/org/xquark/extractor/ExtractorConnection.java =================================================================== RCS file: /cvsroot/xquare/dev/extractor/src/org/xquark/extractor/ExtractorConnection.java,v retrieving revision 1.20 diff -r1.20 ExtractorConnection.java 149a150,152 > else if (-1 < dbName.indexOf("Adaptive Server Anywhere")) > // [SybaseASA] PATCH mdutoo 20071113 added support of ASA (same as ASE) > queryFactory = new org.xquark.extractor.sybase.SybaseQueryFactory(getMetaDataManager(), getMetadataAccess()); Index: jdbcutils/src/org/xquark/jdbc/typing/DBMSInfoMap.java =================================================================== RCS file: /cvsroot/xquare/dev/jdbcutils/src/org/xquark/jdbc/typing/DBMSInfoMap.java,v retrieving revision 1.2 diff -r1.2 DBMSInfoMap.java 144a145,149 > else if (productName.equalsIgnoreCase("Adaptive Server Anywhere")) > { > // [SybaseASA] PATCH mdutoo 20071113 added support of ASA (same as ASE) > databaseVendor = SYBASE; > } 161a167,171 > // [SybaseASA] PATCH mdutoo 20071113 the following is not > // supported by Sybase ASA 9 / jConnect 5.5, which makes > // XQuare freeze. However Sybase ASA should have been > // detected beforehand so this code should not be executed > // in this case.
