Summary: DMV Forms example: clicking many times quickly on "Add Vehicle"... adds them
Detailed description: At 3 vehicles, the trigger is meant to be disabled. But the clicks are
registered and cause the inserts to go past 3 vehicles.
Maybe before dispatching a click to a trigger, on the server, we should simply
make sure the control is relevant.
