Detailed description:
The Oracle initialisation file for the funambol-pim2db-3.0.1 module is still using the old "sync4j_" table names rather than the new "fnbl_" names. The scripts for the other database types are using the correct naming scheme.

This will be fixed in the next release (3.0.3)
For the moment you can work around it by no performing the DB
operations during module installation and use the attached SQL
manually.
