Summary: task properties have inconsistent format for date values
Detailed description: The outlook client is not conform what we generally agreed as format for
date and data&time values and according to the specificatinons used in
rfc 2445. All other calendar related properties already use that.
The tasks formatted as SIF-T have the inconsistent format 'yyyy-mm-dd'
where 'yyyymmddThhmmssssZ' of 'yyyymmdd' should have been used.
