Summary: Regression: rewrite issue in separate deployment
Detailed description: It looks like we are starting to rewrite URIs relative to the Orbeon context for page that are accessed from
the URI of the "main application". See Markku Laine message in ops-users, which attached files to
reproduce the problem to one of his messages:

To reproduce:
- Uncompress attached myapp.war in webapps.
- Go to http://localhost:8080/myapp/xforms-jsp/one.jsp
- Click on "Go" button.
This does: <xforms:load ev:event="DOMActivate"
resource="/two.jsp"/>
It goes to: http://localhost:8080/orbeon/two.jsp
Instead of: http://localhost:8080/myapp/two.jsp
