Summary:
.output.tmp and .PID files errors while stopping the DCI under Windows

Detailed description:
Context - Key words : Windows environment, dci_stop, factory_stop, access to .output.tmp and .PID files When stopping an application in Windows, the stop_java.bat script calls factory_stop.bat and dci_stop.bat and produces following error (french trace): The ApplicationServer shutdowns. The OpenCCM AssemblyFactoryManager DefaultFactory is stopped. The ApplicationServer shutdowns. The OpenCCM DCIManager DefaultDCI is stopped. Please note that the script reports a successfull stop for both the factory and the manager, which are WRONG infos. Java processes are still active afterwards. A possible resolution for this problem is usage of the kill tool. Nevertheless, the bug during tear down of these application would still need investigation.

This bug has been fixed for now, but not resolved.

The stop scripts now use the kill tool to avoid tear down
errors.

The bug remains OPENED to resolution.
