<![CDATA[This is an enhancement request for wsdl2java and how it processes jaxb
global binding customizations. I'd like to be able to create a global
binding file that wsdl2java always reads without requiring the user to
pass it to wsdl2java as a command line argument.
The rationale is that there appears to be global bindings that we will
want to set for all wsdl2java uses and it would be more effective if we
could set them in a "special file" or something that wsdl2java always
consults.]]>
