Summary: ws_addressing demo: transport is not rebased
Detailed description: The "decoupled" response is in effect not decoupled -
org.objectweb.celtix.bus.ws.addressing.ContextUtils.rebaseTransport never calls
down to the transport as the references to server transport and binding in the
current context are null.
